We are happy to announce that now YES Bangladesh has a standard Human Resource Guideline to comfort its staff and volunteers along with a Financial Management Guideline to ensure accountability in all level. A four year strategic plan has also been developed.

On October 22, Annual General Meeting of YES Bangladesh was held at UST Training Centre, Adabor, Muhammadpur, Dhaka. Shamim Ahmed, President of YES Bangladesh presided over the meeting. In the beginning Shovon Shahriar, General Secretary of YES Bangladesh read the Annual Activity Report. Then the draft Financial and HR Guideline were presented before the executive committee for finalization, then YES Bangladesh President signed the finalized guidelines with the approval of Executive Committee.
