National Level Sharing on Scorecard Findings 2021

On 12th December 2021, the “National Level Sharing on Scorecard Findings” was held in Spectra Convention Centre, Dhaka. It was jointly organized by Aparajeyo Bangladesh and Plan International Bangladesh as a part of the Y-Moves project.

The national event was honored by Dr. Mohammed Sharif, Director (MCH-Services) & Line Director (MCRAH), DGFP as the Chief Guest. Specialists from DGFP, MCHTI, Plan International, and Aparajeyo Bangladesh joined the exclusive discussion as special guests. YES Bangladesh and 14 other CSO’s participated in the event as the implementing partners of the Y-Moves Project.

Annual General Meeting-2021

We are happy to announce that now YES Bangladesh has a standard Human Resource Guideline to comfort its staff and volunteers along with a Financial Management Guideline to ensure accountability in all level. A four year strategic plan has also been developed.

On October 22, Annual General Meeting of YES Bangladesh was held at UST Training Centre, Adabor, Muhammadpur, Dhaka. Shamim Ahmed, President of YES Bangladesh presided over the meeting. In the beginning Shovon Shahriar, General Secretary of YES Bangladesh read the Annual Activity Report. Then the draft Financial and HR Guideline were presented before the executive committee for finalization, then YES Bangladesh President signed the finalized guidelines with the approval of Executive Committee.

Training on SDG Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism-2021

Training on SDG Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism-2021 held at BRAC University Residential Campus, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka in 2 separated batch. The training of first batch was from 18th March to 20th March and the second batch was from 20th march to 23rd March. With support from Plan International Bangladesh’s Y-Moves Project funded by SIDA, Ain Salish Kendra (ASK) and YES Bangladesh jointly organized the training.

Total number of 137 YES Bangladesh Central and districts Volunteers from 64 districts and 3 Youth for Change Bangladesh Members participated in two batch.
