Obtaining government registrations from the Social Welfare Department and the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) was an arduous and time-consuming journey for YES Bangladesh. The process was entangled in a web of bureaucratic delays, taking two and a half years to navigate. Our application was left to languish in various offices, including the Social Service Department, NSI, DGFI, and the Home Ministry. With patience and strategic perseverance, YES Bangladesh ultimately succeeded in obtaining the necessary registrations. This victory not only marked the beginning of our mission but also fueled our motivation and courage to tackle future challenges with renewed vigor.

Ultimately YES Bangladesh obtained following registration from different Govt. departments:

Youth Engagement for Sustainability (YES) Bangladesh is currently registered under the Social Welfare Government of Bangladesh. Registration no. Dha-09933.
Department of Ministry of Youth and Sports. The registration number is Dhaka-66, Gulshan unit.
