Today, Youth Engagement for Sustainability (YES) Bangladesh proudly participated as one of 20 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Workshop on the Customization and Validation of the Existing Case Management Guideline, held at the SOS Training Center, Mirpur-13, Dhaka. The workshop convened representatives from 20 CSOs alongside relevant government agencies, law enforcement authorities, educational institutions, community leaders, and child protection stakeholders to collaboratively review and strengthen Bangladesh’s existing case management system.
Our President, Shamim Ahmed, represented YES Bangladesh at this significant workshop alongside the Executive Director of Breaking the Silence, the Manager of Child Helpline 1098, and representatives from key government institutions and partner organizations.The workshop provided an important platform for collaborative dialogue, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing to review, customize, and validate the existing Case Management Guideline. Participants exchanged experiences, identified implementation challenges, and developed practical recommendations to strengthen coordination, improve service delivery, and enhance the effectiveness of child protection case management across Bangladesh.
